TWO NIGHT WEEKEND TARIFF   (FRI/SAT or SAT /SUN)

Includes gourmet breakfast hamper for 2 days stay. We provide variety pack cereals, toast bread, butter, spreads & jams, bacon, gourmet sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, orange juice, milk, tea and plunger coffee.

  •  $1440 - 3 Bedroom Cottage + Double Sofa Bed (Maximum 8 guests)
  •  $1200 - 3 Bedroom Cottage 
  •  $800  -  2 Bedroom Cottage 
  •  $520  -  1 Bedroom Cottage (Please note: Bookings only accepted 7 days or less if available prior to arrival) 

 

CHRISTMAS, EASTER & LONG WEEKENDS (3 Night Minimum)

  • $200 per room/sofa per additional night , includes gourmet breakfast hamper.

 

TWO NIGHT MID WEEK TARIFF PER ROOM  (MON – THURS inclusive)

Includes continental breakfast hamper for 2 days stay.  We provide variety pack cereals, toast bread, butter, spreads & jams, orange juice, milk, tea and plunger coffee. 

  •  $320 
  •  Add $20 per room if gourmet breakfast hamper preferred

 

 BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Check in: from 2 pm each day except Sunday & Public Holidays when 3 pm
  • Check out: by 10 am each day except Sunday & Public Holidays when 12 noon.
  • 50% deposit at time of booking, the balance is due & charged to your credit card a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. If booking is 7 days or less prior to arrival full payment at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex
  • In addition, a $150 Bond is payable & charged to your credit card when balance or full payment is made. The Bond is refunded the day after departure less any breakages or losses
  • All cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee per cottage. If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, we will only refund your deposit or full payment if the cottage is rebooked for the total tariff and period. Alternatively your booking deposit or full payment may be used for another available comparable stay within 3 months
  • All cancellations must be received in writing
  • 10% Goods & Services Tax is included in the above tariff.
